Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you buy an item online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK and Northern Ireland consumer law. To start a return, simply contact us within this period.

Once your return is approved, items must be sent back in the same condition you received them, including all original packaging and accessories. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring the guitar is safely packed for transit.

When we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Please note that we may make a deduction for any loss in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
